Through either 45 or 60 minute sessions, I will work with you to recognize negative or distorted thought patterns that may be fueling your emotional distress and/or unhealthy behaviors. Collaboratively, we will establish your goals and develop an individualized wellness plan.

Through 60 minute sessions, we will discuss the challenges within the relationship and goals for therapy. Together, we will explore strategies and tools towards impactful change to achieve the relationship goals.

COUPLES THERAPY

Through 60 minute sessions I will work with you to understand how nutrition plays a role in your mental health and how certain nutritional adjustments can kickstart positive change for overall wellness. Together, we will set goals for healthy habits and establish a plan for consistency.
