What to Expect As A Client

  • Our first session is a deep exploration of your story to uncover the structural patterns and unacknowledged losses that have influenced your core identity. We move beyond the surface to explore your history, current challenges, and your vision for the future. By the end of this session, we will have the foundation of your personalized roadmap and a clear understanding of the milestones we are working toward.

  • There is no "one-size-fits-all" timeline for personal evolution. Some clients find clarity and tools within a few months, while others value long-term partnership for ongoing growth. We will consistently check in on your progress to ensure our work remains high-value and aligned with your goals.

  • You aren't just a brain in a jar. Your nutrition, sleep, and physical habits directly impact your mental resilience. My approach integrates CBT techniques with wellness strategy because addressing the "root cause" often requires looking at the whole ecosystem of your life.

  • We offer Online Therapy to adults who are 20 y/o +.

  • A therapist + client fit is key. First, take our Client Survey. The pre-screening survey is designed to see if setting up a free, 15 minute consultation call is the appropriate next step. After the survey has been submitted, you will have the option to schedule a free, 15 minute phone consultation. From there, if working together is the right therapeutic fit, we can schedule your first session.

  • I am currently In-Network with many plans including Aetna, BCBS, CIGNA and Optum (UHC), as well as select EAP plans. I recommend calling your provider to ask about "Out-of-Network Mental Health Benefits" before we begin.

  • Consistency is key to lasting change.

    I reserve a dedicated time slot specifically for you.

     

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to the amount of the session.

  • If you are an existing active client and experiencing a dangerous or life threatening emergency, psychiatric or medical, you should call 9-1-1 immediately and go to your nearest hospital or emergency service. Afterwards, you can provide our contact information to the care facility or point of contact, so that we can coordinate care with you and those involved.

     

    Please note: We do not provide 24-7 on call services, inpatient, or acute outpatient treatment.

     

    We can provide you with referrals during our phone consultation if we determine together that you need a different setting or higher level of care than we can provide.
