You are capable of far more than you think...

After serving in the United States Air Force and after more than 20 years in IT, I pursued a soul-fulfilling path in therapy.

Leveraging my Air Force & IT background, I pursued a Master's in Counseling (Liberty University) and am currently credentialed in Texas, South Carolina and Virginia.

Before my private practice, I served in group practice, child welfare, advocacy centers, behavioral health, and corrections, shaping my approach to therapy.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a preferred part of my therapy approach. CBT not only teaches you to identify how your thoughts and feelings influence your actions, it also helps to build a strong therapeutic relationship and set goals. Through CBT you learn practical strategies to manage stress and negative thinking and in part, become your own therapist through mastering skills to maintain your progress long-term.
